In 2018, Katia and Morgana Moraes Studio was included in the Raiz Project (www.raizproject.com.br), from Sindmóveis Bento Gonçalves, in partnership with Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency – ApexBrasil.

The Raiz Project is a strategic action that brings together Brazilian designers and their respective pieces of authorial design with the potential for competitiveness to represent Brazilian culture outside Brazil. The Raiz Project was conceived by the Furniture Industries Union of Bento Gonçalves (Sindmóveis), in partnership with ApexBrasil, and the pieces were selected for their ability to present to the world the main characteristic that defines Brazilian design: which is multiculturalism, combining the diversity of raw materials and the techniques used in creation.

The Raiz Project also promotes services developed by Brazilian furniture designers around the world. From events and trade fairs such as: Salone del Mobile in Milan, ICFF in New York, among others.
